| The Canyon Floor
On the east side of the Canyon, the river tumbles into the valley in the form of a tall, thin waterfall. There is a small pool where it falls, and then the river cuts through to the other side of the canyon. Lush grasses and crops, and a few milk beasts make the Canyon Floor a cool haven during the day.

| The Sands Above
This is the very top of the canyon and the desert surrounding it. This is where serpents are hunted, dragons mate, and clutches hatch.

| The Council Chambers (1 sub-board)
5 Grand apartments are attached to this conference room. This is where the Canyon Council meets to discuss different matters and to hold office hours to receive petitions.

| Upper Canyon
The caves carved into the upper part of the canyon are reserved for dragonriders, for most of them are only accessible by flight. There are a few stairways and hallways inside to reach some.

| Lower Canyon- Residences
The first three stories of the canyon that are accessible by either stone carved stairs or wooden ones. Non dragonriders live here, and young riders with dragons who cannot fly with passengers yet.

| Kitchens
The sprawling kitchen that feed the entire community. Usually very busy, and staffed by 20-30 people, not including any children who help out by running errands. On the first floor of the canyon.

| Dining Hall
Located in the lower canyon next to the kitchen, the dining hall is a large room, with vaulted ceilings. There are long tables with benches, and then on an elevated stone slab at the head of the room, there is a long table with five throne-like seats for the Council.

| Clinic
The place to go when injured or ill. Herbalists on-call reside in a small dormitory. Their door to the canyon floor leads right out to the medicinal plant garden.
