The "Top Three" canyons
Muor Canyon - (pronounced "Moor") A medium sized canyon stretching east to west, with a falls on the east side, flowing towards the west. Known for it's prosperity and it's high value of justice, it's easily one of the top three desirable canyons on Tirah. Has a rich silk industry.
Colors: Violet, Blue, and Silver
Kalyisto Canyon- (pronounced "Call-iz-toe") A large canyon that it is wide, rather than long, and is the only one on Tirah that the river pools into a lake before running out of the canyon again. It runs northeast to southwest. The leaders of Kalyisto throw the most magnificent parties, wear the most fabulous clothes, and place emphasis on being very showy. The reason is that since Kalyisto is so huge, they are allotted the largest chunk of the natural resources.
Colors: Yellow, Red
Berrados Canyon- (pronounced "Brr-ah-dose" the r's are rolled) A long and narrow canyon, this one boasts a good fishing industry, since it's not far from the sea, and salmon-like fish often get caught in it's river and will spawn there. Dried or grilled ahda fish are considered a delicacy all over Tirah. Their wealth is dependent on the fishing industry and trade prices. Also well known for their arts, especially mosaic made with shells and river stones.
Colors: Burgundy, Navy Blue, White
