Omicron Cygnus is in deep turmoil. Big business has turned into war and tycoons are fighting with bullets, not advertising.
The military is overwhelmed by the anarchy, and plans come
underway for a colony ship to be launched
to a planet in a distant solar system.
The name of that planet is, Epsilon Theta.
